You can work at your own pace. Access to tutorials is available once you purchase them. They are added to your profile and available for the subscription period noted. While your subscription is active, you can always access purchased tutorials, in case you need to review, and of course online support during the subscription period is also available.
You can see the subscription period, i.e., expiry date, for each tutorial in your Current Tutorials list on your Dashboard page.
As the tutorials are presented online, technically you can access them from anywhere that you have an internet connection. However please note, tutorials are currently only in English, and are based on the publishing process in Canada.
As long as your subscription is active, you will have access to tutorial materials. (See “How do tutorials at Bel Learning Work?” for more information on how tutorials are presented and subscription periods.)
When your subscription period is close to ending, you will receive an email offering you the option to extend your subscription for a monthly charge.
Please be sure to open the email and click the link to confirm your address

Yes, there are links within each tutorial screen that allow you to download tools, templates, worksheets, etc. that are relevant to that particular tutorial.
At the bottom of each tutorial page there is a link that provides a forum for you to ask your questions about matters relating to book publishing or marketing covered in that tutorial. A reply will be posted there, and you can also see the questions others have asked and the answers.

Illustrated Children’s Books and Market Your Book each include three tutorials with more in-depth information, as well as downloadable tools and templates.
In all cases, you can take advantage of asking your questions online and also see the questions others have asked and the answers.
Most downloads are PDF documents, which you can view immediately as well as print or download to your computer. If you do not have a PDF reader installed, you can get it from Adobe.com.
Some downloads are Word documents and you will see a dialog box pop up asking if you wish to ‘open’ or ‘save’ the document. You should check your browser settings to ensure pop-ups are not blocked.
Affiliate commission credits are accumulated based on referring new users that successfully purchase tutorials. If the referred user is already a site-user or does not register for a paid tutorial or uses a coupon that brings the tutorial cost to zero or their payment is not successful, then no commission will be allocated.
Affiliates may see an amount pending in their Affiliate dashboard, this does not confirm commission. Once the registration and actual payment amount has been completed, the dashboard will indicate ‘accepted’ as confirmation of commission credits.
Commissions credits can be applied towards future book publishing services (i.e., project and production management, design and layout, book printing and conversion to ebook) and/or new tutorial purchases (i.e., not applicable for renewal/continued support option).
Affiliate commission credits are based on set amounts – as shown in your Affiliate dashboard – for the following three ‘successfully purchased’ tutorial registrations:
Individual Quick Guide purchases are not eligible.
Go to the Registration page, select the tutorial(s) you wish to purchase, enter your information (if you haven’t already signed up; otherwise login); then click ‘submit’ and you will be taken to a secure payment page.
Please note that you may only sign up for one tutorial at a time, so you need to go back to the Registration page to sign up for additional tutorials.
We are sure that you will be more than satisfied, given the online support to answer any questions and supply whatever publishing process information, related to purchased tutorials, that you may need. Due to the nature of intellectual property, as well as the online support and tools and templates, which are available to you immediately and throughout each subscription period, we cannot offer direct refunds.
For Canadian residents, 13% sales tax will be added to the total of your purchased tutorial(s). Tax is collected by TRIMATRIX Management Consulting Inc.
For United States and International, you will not be charged tax.
Illustrated Children’s Books and Market Your Book are currently only available for flat fees.
Once your initial subscription period is over, you can purchase an add-on monthly subscription for your purchased tutorial(s), which allows you to receive further online support and keep your access to tools, templates, etc. This add-on subscription is charged to the payment method you enter when you sign up for it.
However, we may look at payment plans in the future.
You will receive an emailed receipt for your payment.
We accept online payments – major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal.
We advise using the Google Chrome browser, have a broadband internet speed of 1MBps (or higher), and your browser should support cookies, flash player, and JavaScript.
BEL Learning tutorials work on Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
Google Chrome is the best browser to use.

As a subscriber you have access to downloadable Handy Guides. You can also check the TRIMATRIX Management Consulting Inc. blog at https://trimatrix4books.net and should sign-up for the Trimatrix4Books newsletter to receive ongoing updates.
Go to My Profile from your dashboard (accessible via the My Account link in the top navigation).
From there, you may update your information, change your password and close your account.
As tutorials expire, they are removed from the Current Tutorial listing shown in your dashboard.
If all of your tutorials have expired (i.e., you have not taken advantage of the extended support and/or purchased another tutorial), then you will not see the Current Tutorial listing. Instead you will see the No Access content inviting you to register for another tutorial.
NOTE: You will still have access to such as Purchase Tutorials, Complimentary Guides, My Profile, Affiliate.
